Lead a team of Hematology Clinical Accounts Specialists in the New York/New Jersey area of the United States to transform the lives of people impacted by cancer through compliant promotional activity and key account management. A successful candidate for this position has what it takes to confidently lead people through change while delivering on results.

Responsibilities:

  • Coach and develop HCASs to maximize their unique strengths.
  • Lead and direct execution efforts with HCAS team and cross-functional partners.
  • Serve team as an expert in product knowledge and a deep understanding of disease state and the evolving hematology/oncology marketplace.
  • Strategically execute brand strategy at a local level to positively impact the business.
  • Cultivate a culture of performance, inclusiveness, and personal growth.
  • Manage budget and resources to maximize the impact we make on patients.

Required:

  • 5+ years of commercial experience in biotech or pharmaceuticals.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must live within the New York geographic area (NY or NJ).
  • Oncology Sales and/or Account Management experience with documented results.
  • Previous experience leading a sales team.
  • Understanding of the hematology-oncology marketplace.
